I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were not very big but quite comfortable, and I appreciated the double bed with 2 separated blankets. The location, just 10-15 minutes from the city center, was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The service was excellent, very helpful in solving any problems that occurred, and the staff even arranged parking for our bus ahead of time. However, the dining experience was a letdown, with low-quality food and limited options.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious with a fabulous balcony offering amazing views. The coffee available at the entrance was a nice touch, although the room felt a bit small. The service was exceptional, they were so friendly and accommodating, even helping me with a taxi arrangement. The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was not great, with limited and low-quality options, but on the bright side, the hotel has a 24-hour café offering good value for money. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.

The hotel has rooms with minimal noise insulation but decent functionality, though cleanliness standards are lacking with dirty walls, curtains, and bed covers, along with a urine smell in the bathroom and inadequate ventilation. However, the towels provided were not bad. The service is highlighted by a very friendly and kind staff who are efficient during daytime, and possess English proficiency. The location is superb, offering a good price for being in the city center and within walking distance of major attractions. On the downside, the dining options are disappointing with limited variety and poor quality, especially during breakfast hours. The facility provides an average experience with some shortcomings.
